For the optional one-time report, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase without giving a reason. This voluntary policy does not limit any longer rights under applicable law. A delivery failure can also be reported here.

Use the form below with the payment email and order reference if available. Do not send card numbers or political answers. Refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times and exchange-rate differences vary. After a successful full refund, online report access is revoked. Previously saved files cannot be recalled.
